Sasha Petraske, the owner of the famed New York cocktail bar Milk & Honey, was found dead in Hudson, NY. He was 42, and the cause of death was unknown. After the success of Milk & Honey, which opened in 1999, Petraske opened numerous other bars in New York City, as well as in LA, London, and Melbourne. He had recently married the journalist Georgette Moger. In its obituary, the New York Times writes that “Mr. Petraske’s role in the modern cocktail revival is difficult to overestimate.”
