Amtrak will install video surveillance cameras in its locomotive cabs to keep a better eye on engineers. Amtrak CEO Joseph Boardman announced Tuesday that the cameras will be installed on 70 new locomotives, first on the Northeast Corridor and the Keystone Corridor between Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and New York. The announcement comes as investigators determine the cause of the deadly Amtrak crash in Philadelphia.
