The man in the amazing flowered suit, Andrew Wiggins, snagged the first overall pick on Monday's NBA draft, going to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Wiggins was a prodigious Canadian guard for the Kansas Jayhawks. He was jockeying for the top spot with Jabari Parker, a Duke player who was largely expected to go first, but was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks as the second pick. The Cavaliers have enjoyed the No. 1 overall pick for the third time in four years.
