Andrew Young: Rielle Lied to Oprah

The scandal that Just. Won't. Die. has gotten cattier. Former John Edwards aide Andrew Young told Good Morning America Friday that Edwards’ mistress, Rielle Hunter, lied to Oprah Winfrey during the interview that aired Thursday. Rielle "is deflecting the blame and wants to make everybody the villain," Young said. He also said that Hunter lied to Oprah about how the sex tape she made with Edwards ended up in his possession. Hunter said she left it at her own house, but Young and his wife Cheri said that they can prove that she left the tape at their house for more than a year. The Youngs said that Hunter's lack of remorse during the Oprah interview struck them, and Cheri also suggested that Edwards' erstwhile lover has had plastic surgery.
