Andy Rooney was taken to the hospital after developing “serious complications” from a minor surgery last week, according to CBS. The network also said Rooney was in stable condition but that Rooney's family had requested no details be released. Less than a month ago, the 92-year-old Rooney announced the end of his regular commentary segment on CBS's 60 Minutes. He started working on the show in 1978.
