Ann and Mitt Romney made a $150,000 contribution to the Romney Victory Fund, a group that raises money for Mitt’s campaign, the Republican National Committee, and a few state parties. Why the Romneys decided to donate now is unclear, but it’s the first time Mitt has made a personal contribution to his campaign. In 2008, however, 42 percent of the $107 million he raised for his presidential run came from his own bank account.
