The rumors have been flying since WikiLeaks announced in December 2010 that it had a damning batch of emails from Bank of America. Now it looks like the hacker group Anonymous, which is not affiliated with WikiLeaks but has been its unofficial partner in crime, may be about to release them. On Twitter, Anonymous linked to a special website prepared for the document dump, and told followers they should check in at midnight. The announcement follows rumors over the past several days that the group was planning a major revelation for Monday. Other messages posted on the group’s Twitter feed suggested the release is timed as a response to the treatment of Bradley Manning, the U.S. soldier rumored to have been a major source for WikiLeaks. "Meet my demands Release Pfc. Bradley Manning and I will remove every #BoA Employee from the Emails," Anonymous said Saturday.
