The shadowy online collective Anonymous said Friday that it had shut down a computer server at the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO), the country's spy agency. A spokesperson confirmed that the organization's public website, which went down for 30 minutes on Friday morning, had faced "technical issues," but that no classified information had been stolen. In recent days, Twitter accounts associated with Anonymous have described attacked on the ASIO and the Defence Signals Directorate (DSD). Its "Operation Australia" arm said it plans to stop the attacks, referred to as #TangoDown, at 10pm tonight.
