One of the women first reported to have made a sexual-harassment settlement with the National Restaurant Association over Herman Cain’s behavior has now been identified. The Daily reports that Karen Kraushaar is a 55-year-old former journalist who now lives in Maryland and works as a communications official in the Treasury Department. She is a registered Republican and a graduate of Brown University. Kraushaar would not comment on the settlement, and relatives said it would be “extremely painful” for her to revisit the incident with Cain.
