A man reportedly died after falling off the edge of the Grand Canyon on Wednesday, becoming the third person to die at the popular nature site in the past two weeks. According to The Arizona Republic, park rangers found the body of a 67-year-old man about 400 feet below the South Rim of the Grand Canyon Village. The others who were found dead were a possible foreign visitor and a 50-year-old tourist from Hong Kong. The unidentified visitor was reportedly found on Mar. 26 in a wooded area south of the Grand Canyon Village, while the tourist fell two days later at the park’s Eagle Point while trying to take pictures. According to spokeswoman Vanessa Ceja-Cervantes, the cause of death of the individual found in the wooded area is still under investigation.
