A Gawker tipster caught the Republican congressional hopeful canoodling, and seemingly making out with campaign consultant Monica Notzen while in D.C. for the Republican Congressional Committee’s Washington “candidate school.” The lesson on how to carry out a proper campaign apparently didn’t touch on avoiding inappropriate interactions with women who are not your fiancée. Notzen and Doheny’s press secretary have refused to “get into specifics” about the event in question, but insist that they are “just friends.”
