Apple is building a smaller iPhone 4 with an 8-gigabyte flash drive, according to Reuters. The move is intended to help Apple move into the growing market for low and mid-end smartphones, although analysts expect it will be difficult to price the new model below $200. Apple still plans to release a next-generation iPhone in September.
