An Argentinian man named Eduardo Oviedo was arrested after police got a tip that he was keeping his autistic son and wife in a cage. Oviedo forced his 32-year-old son to eat dog food and breathe gasoline fumes and used locks and chains to tie them both up. He will be charged with kidnapping and keeping his family in servitude as well as having to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
