A judge in Arkansas determined on Thursday that the state's execution secrecy statute, which intended to keep drug supplier info private, was not constitutional. The state legislature reversed an agreement from the Arkansas Department of Correction that would make it mandatory to disclose information about drugs used in lethal executions within 10 days of use.
