An armed bystander shot and killed a man who opened fire on patrons inside a restaurant in Oklahoma City, police said. “Three citizens were injured, two of whom were shot. A large number of witnesses are detained. There is no indication of terrorism at this point,” the Oklahoma City Police Department tweeted. The incident occurred at Louie’s Grill & Bar. A motive hasn’t been determined.
