The U.S. Army backtracked on the changes to its tattoo policy Wednesday, eliminating restrictions on the number and size of pieces of body art and returning to the conditions it had before the policy was changed a year ago. The policy is said to have been changed due to input from soldiers. Sexist, racist, or “extremist” imagery is still banned.
