Army Sex-Assault Lawyer Suspended

The top prosecutor for sexual-assault cases in the U.S. Army was suspended after allegations by another lawyer that he groped and tried to kiss her at a sexual-assault legal conference two years ago. Lt. Col. Joseph Morse had oversight of prosecuting sexual assault, domestic abuse, and crimes against children. No charges have been filed, but the allegation came at the same time the military is facing increasing criticism over sexual assault.
