Just over two weeks after Washington, D.C. principal Brian Betts, 42, was shot to death in his home, two 18-year-old suspects, Sharif Tau Lancaster and Alante Saunders, have been arrested and charged with murder. A third man is also in custody, though not yet charged with a crime, and Lancaster's mother, Artura Otey Williams, has been charged with using Betts' stolen credit card. Police say that Betts met at least one of the suspects through a "sex chat line" or "social networking chat line." Betts, principal of Shaw Middle School, was considered one of the top educators in the city at the time of his death.
