Police suspect arson in a fire that caused minor damage to the Arkansas house where former President Bill Clinton spent the first few years of his life. “It’s pretty logical it was purposely set,” said Hope Police Chief J.R. Wilson. “It sure smelled like gasoline to me.” The fire was spotted by a passing driver and fire crews responded quickly. Damage was only done to an exterior wall.
