Syrian President Bashar al-Assad issued a harsh warning to Western countries Wednesday, telling a Russian TV station ‘if you sow chaos in Syria, you will be infected by it yourself.’ He then went on to lash out at his country’s opposition, repeatedly calling the rebels ‘terrorists.’
