WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange lost his appeal in London on Wednesday to fight his extradition to Sweden to face rape allegations. He could be extradited to Sweden in as few as 10 days, although The Guardian says it is more likely that he will return on Nov. 26. Assange has one final resort, however: he has 14 days to attempt to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court, which might choose to hear it if it decides there’s an issue of “public importance” at stake.
