At least 24 people were killed in Kabul early Monday when a Taliban suicide bomber rammed a car full of explosives into a bus carrying Afghan government employees. Police said at least 42 people were reported injured in the attack in a western neighborhood where many prominent political leaders live. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the blast.
