At Least Thirteen Killed, Seven Wounded During Bar Shooting in Mexico

A bar shooting in Mexico early Saturday left at least 13 people dead and seven injured, according to Reuters. An unknown number of men, traveling in three vans, arrived at the La Playa Men’s Club in Salamanca and stormed into the bar and opened fire during the pre-dawn massacre. The Guanajuato state, where Salamanca is located, is reportedly plagued with violence and gangs of oil thieves, who divert fuel from the city’s refinery.
