As if Sandy wasn’t enough, Mother Nature has sent another snow storm to the east coast: Athena. High winds caused around 60,000 new power outages Wednesday—as 672,000 other storm victims are still without electricity—according to the U.S. Energy Department. The coastal regions are expected bring floods of three feet, and more than a thousand flights were canceled. Residents in the areas hit hardest by Hurricane Sandy last week were ordered to evacuate again. "I know everyone's patience is wearing thin," John Miksad, a senior VP at Con Ed in New York, said.
