A volunteer high school football coach in Atlanta will be charged with simple battery after a video showed him punching one of his players during a Saturday afternoon game. The coach, who has not been identified, was shown punching the Benjamin Mays High School player in the stomach, sending the player stumbling back. Atlanta Public Schools told WSB-TV that the coach would be removed from his duties and is not a classroom instructor.
