Afghan insurgents killed five people—three of whom worked for the United Nations—in an attack near the U.N. refugee agency in Kandahar. The attackers fought with Afghan forces for seven hours, taking control of at least one building. It’s the second attack on foreign organizations in Afghanistan in three days.
