Censorship

Will make books available on his blog.

Brazilian author Paulo Coelho says his publisher has learned that his books have been banned in Iran, though Iranian officials will not confirm the ban. Coelho's publisher in Iran is Arash Hejazi, the doctor seen in a 2009 video trying to save a woman who had been shot and killed on a Tehran street during the country's post-election violence. Coehlo, whom American journalist Jeff Jarvis has called "the Googliest author," said he would make his books available for free in Farsi on his blog.
