Dr. Daniel R. Green is a Defense Fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy and co-author with William F. Mullen III of Fallujah Redux: The Anbar Awakening and the Struggle with al Qaeda which will be published by the Naval Institute Press in September 2014.
