Erica is an attorney who has spent more than a decade in public service. She began her career as an education analyst and counsel for the New York State Senate and also worked as an education analyst for the New York City Independent Budget Office. She is also a co-founder of New York’s Sexual Harassment Working Group, a group of survivors who successfully fought for stronger workplace protections against harassment and discrimination for all New Yorkers. Erica currently sits on the executive board of her local political club, and leads advocacy initiatives with the Invest in Our New York Coalition.
