Kevin Bloom is a South African author and journalist. He has written for a wide array of international publications, including Granta and the Guardian, and is an Honorary Writing Fellow at the University of Iowa. His first book, Ways of Staying, won a South African Literary Award for literary journalism. Currently, he is co-authoring a book about a changing Africa.
