Ambassador Theodore Kattouf is President and CEO of AMIDEAST, a non-profit NGO that does education, training, and exchange programs throughout the Middle East and North Africa. A career Foreign Service officer, he served as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates from 1999 to 2001 and Syria from 2002 to 2003.
