Charged with distributing explosives-making info, attempting to support terror group.
A Houston teen has been charged with attempting to support ISIS and illegally distributing explosive-making information. According to Justice Department documents, 18-year-old U.S. citizen Kaan Sercan Damlarkaya was arrested Dec. 8 after an undercover FBI operation. The Justice Department alleges Damlarkaya planned to fight for ISIS and had already tried to get to Syria twice. If his efforts to travel to Syria failed, he would then commit an attack in the U.S., he reportedly told agents.
