An autopsy on a Long Island-based dermatologist found dead in a Chelsea doorway this month found that she died from a cocaine and alcohol overdose. Kiersten Cerveny, a mother of three, was found unconscious on the morning of Oct. 4, as The Daily Beast reported. Her death has been ruled an accident.
