With the official count from Tuesday's vote confirmed on Sunday, Arizonans have decided to allow state lawmakers to reject any federal measures that they deem to be unconstitutional. Proposition 122, a Republican-backed measure, is seen as a clear way to buck heads with the Obama administration. Opponents claim it is a waste of legislation that tries to co-opt what is the responsibility of the courts. The proposition could potentially set up some interesting battles between Obama-critic Gov. Jan Brewer and the White House.
