A four-month old baby was found dead in his father's car, who is a police officer in Rome, New York. The investigation of the incident indicates that the father Mark Fanfarillo left the baby in the car for an extended period of time. The Oneida County Sheriff's Office and the county District Attorney's Office are investigating the death further.
