Around ten thousand people are expected to join in a national rally in Baltimore on Saturday to call for justice for Freddie Gray, the 25-year-old Baltimore man who suffered ultimately fatal injuries while in police custody. The six police officers who were involved in Gray’s arrest were charged with murder on Friday. On Saturday, protesters march to city hall, where National President of Black Lawyers for Justice, Malik Shabazz, will deliver a speech around 4 p.m. “Our rally will proceed as a victory rally,” he said. “It will be a rally for justice and against police brutality.”
