The owners of a Bangladesh garment factory that collapsed Wednesday—killing at least 336 people and wounding upwards of 1000—surrendered to police on Saturday. Mahbubur Rahman Tapas and Balzul Samad Adnan—the two men who owned the building—allegedly forced staff to work there even after being warned of dangerous visible cracks in the eight-story structure. They now stand accused of "death due to negligence." As the number of dead continues to rise, rescue workers are frantically searching for survivors among the rubble. At least 600 of the 3,000 total workers are still missing.
