Occupy Wall Street protesters are leaving their home base in lower Manhattan’s Zuccotti Park on Tuesday for a march on the Upper East Side, where they plan to visit the homes of prominent New York City billionaires, including News Corp. CEO Rupert Murdoch, industrial titan David Koch, and JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon. The marchers plan to deliver giant checks representing how much less billionaires will pay after the city’s two-percent tax on them expires at the end of the year. Not on the itinerary is the home of Michael Bloomberg, New York’s multibillionaire mayor who has attacked the protesters’ goals while saying they would be allowed to demonstrate as long as they did not break any laws.
