Is The View not long enough for you? The New York Daily News says Barbara Walters is developing a “unisex” spinoff of her popular all-female daytime talkshow. Walters allegedly wants Bryant Gumbel to moderate the show and Filipino American comedian Alec Mapa to co-host. The women on Babs’ list are former BET anchor Jacque Reid and conservative E.D. Hill. The show would air in the afternoon and try to take over some of Oprah’s audience. Also, it would film in Los Angeles, not New York.
