It looks like the Barefoot Bandit’s crime spree is a wash. Colton Harris-Moore will get up to $1.3 million from a movie deal with 20th Century Fox, which his lawyer says he will put toward the $1.4 million he owes to his victims. For two years Harris-Moore stole cars, boats, and planes around the Pacific Northwest before fleeing to the Bahamas, where he was arrested after a boat chase. His defense attorney says Milk screenwriter Dustin Lance Black is writing the script with Harris-Moore.
