Belgian federal home affairs minister Jan Jambon previously warned that members of ISIS used PlayStation 4 to communicate with one another. It is, according to him, even harder to track communications on there than WhatsApp. More fighters have joined the extremist group from Belgium, per capita, than any other Western country.
