Is the world ready for Blue Ivy to have a sibling? Rumors that Beyoncé is pregnant swirled Tuesday as the singer canceled a Belgian concert due to “dehydration and exhaustion.” Beyoncé is scheduled to perform Wednesday night at the same arena in Antwerp, but she is awaiting word from her doctors before making a final decision, according to a statement by her publicists. Doctors told the singer to rest. Her publicist said the canceled concert will be rescheduled, and tickets can be used at that show.
