Beyoncé‘s presale for her new tour opened Tuesday, but fans were left frustrated after long wait times and tech issues. The singer’s fanbase complained online that Ticketmaster crashed soon after presale tickets for the highly-anticipated Cowboy Carter tour went live. “Ticketmaster crashing? Why the f-- do artists still use them? They are beyond useless,” wrote one X user. Another added, “Waited in a 16k queue only for Ticketmaster to kick me out.” However, a Ticketmaster spokesperson denied that the website went down and instead blamed the fans: “The site did not crash. We always advise fans to make sure they only use one tab, clear their cookies, and do not use any VPN software on their device,” they told Indy100, adding: “Another presale for Beyoncé.com subscribers begins at 2PM, and the general sale takes place on Friday, February 14th at 12PM.”
