Beyoncé Named Most Powerful Celebrity: Move over Oprah, Beyoncé is coming through. The pop diva is now the world’s most powerful celebrity, according to Forbes. The power list, which cites the singer's concert tours, surprise namesake album, and fashion label among the contributions to her top spot, considers celebrities from all aspects of popular culture: actors, musicians, athletes, models, and entertainers. Kanye West Returns To A.P.C.: If you didn’t have a chance to snag a piece from Kanye West’s first collaboration with French label A.P.C., a second chance will be available on July 17. Inspired by military looks, the rapper's second collection will feature simple basics as well as parkas, cargo pants, and bomber jackets.
