Beyoncé Poses for The Gentlewoman, Liberty Ross’s New Film Role

        Fashion Cheat Sheet

        Updated Jul. 12, 2017 12:50AM ET / Published Feb. 15, 2013 6:18PM ET

Beyoncé’s Indie Cover: Beyoncé may be this month’s Vogue cover girl, but she’s also nabbed the front of an indie title too. Knowles covers The Gentlewoman’s spring/summer 2013 edition, looking serene in Christian Dior by Raf Simons. The magazine hits newsstands today. [The Gentlewoman]

Liberty Ross’s New Film Role: Model Liberty Ross, who is divorcing her husband for his cheating scandal with Kristen Stewart, has taken on a new film role that didn’t require much research. She’s signed on to play the wife of a cheating husband in Thinly Veiled, which releases next month. [Telegraph]

Matthew McConaughey’s Fashion Line: Matthew McConaughey is launching a fashion label. JKL, named for the actor’s Just Keep Livin’ Foundation, the line will debut at Dillard’s in March and will range in price from $49.50 to $99. Says McConaughey of the label’s name: “I want to be behind this not in front of it…I persoanly don’t like to wear clothing that is named for somebody or has someone’s likeness all over it. Even if my name were on it, I don’t know that I’d want to wear it.” [Vogue UK]

Marc Jacobs Debuts Cosmetics: Another exciting development to come out of Marc Jacobs’s show besides topless models and sun orbs is a preview of the designer’s forthcoming makeup line for Sephora. On display backstage at Thursday night’s show were two of the range’s nail polish colors—a red shade called Jezebel and a clear polish named Shiny. They’ll hit stores this fall. [The Cut]
