This can’t make Vladimir Putin happy: In a speech today in Munich, Vice President Joe Biden said the United States could fight an Iranian nuclear threat with a missile-defense system, so long as it is cost effective. Biden’s speech covered everything from climate change to the economy. According to the BBC, “Mr. Biden said it was ‘time to press the re-set button’ on American-Russian relations.” The vice president is scheduled to meet with Russia’s deputy prime minister, Sergei Ivanov, on his trip.
