Well that's just awkward. Joe Biden made an unannounced appearance in Ohio on Tuesday morning, crossing paths with Mitt Romney’s plane at an airport in Cleveland. Romney had decided on Monday to make a last-minute appearance in the state. Biden left his ride just a few hundred yards from Romney’s campaign plane and Paul Ryan’s plane landed as Biden’s motorcade was departing the airport. Biden then headed to a local restaurant to greet supporters. When asked if he would run for president in 2016, Biden replied, “Oh, I’m going to go back home and run for county council.”
