In goodbye speech to Congress.

U.S. Rep. Aaron Schock bid farewell to Congress on Thursday, apologizing for disappointing his colleagues and, of course, going over all his accomplishments thus far. “I fought and opposed the billion-dollar stimulus bill, the government takeover of our health care and the massive new regulations put on small businesses. But more importantly, for the people of my district…I fought that their voice would be heard and respected among my colleagues,” Schock declared. The congressman is currently under federal investigation for excessive spending on personal and campaign finances
