Well, this is a big step up from Mel Gibson: Former President Bill Clinton was spotted in Thailand yesterday filming a cameo for The Hangover 2, the sequel to the wildly successful 2009 comedy starring Zach Galifianakis and Bradley Cooper. The film crew initially reported that the former president simply “hung out” on set, but TMZ has confirmed that Clinton was indeed filming an appearance. Just last month, embattled actor Mel Gibson was slated for a walk-on in the same film—until cast and crew rebelled against the move and he was dropped.
