Bill Clinton, Obama Split on CO Race

Endorse opposing primary candidates.

Looks like Slick Willy is up to some of his old tricks: Former President Bill Clinton has endorsed Andrew Romanoff in Colorado’s Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate—pitting himself against President Obama, who has endorsed Romanoff’s opponent, the incumbent Senator Michael Bennet. Romanoff recently claimed that the Obama administration offered him a job to keep him out of the race. It’s also the first race to split Clinton and Obama.
